One integration. Every corridor.
Off-ramps compete for your volume.
RemiDe turns the fragmented off-ramp ecosystem into a single marketplace. You integrate once. Every corridor, every payout method, every provider — accessible through one API.Think Kayak for fiat disbursement.
The Problem: You're Still Integrating One by One#
You want to pay out in Colombia. Here's what that takes today:1.
Find a licensed off-ramp provider in Colombia
2.
Negotiate terms, pricing, SLAs
3.
Integrate their API (weeks to months)
4.
KYB — separate verification process
5.
Prefund — lock capital with them
6.
Pay monthly fees — whether you send volume or not
Now multiply that by every country you want to reach.Your roadmap fills up with plumbing. Not product. Not growth. Just wiring to partners who may or may not deliver reliably. And if your off-ramp in a given corridor goes down? You have no fallback. The corridor is dead until you find and integrate another one.
This Pattern Is Not New#
Every time an industry forces buyers to source providers manually, a marketplace emerges.| Industry | Before | After | Year |
|---|
| Travel booking | Call each airline separately | Kayak / Skyscanner | 2004 |
| Rides | Call each taxi company | Uber | 2012 |
| E-commerce | Visit each store | Amazon Marketplace | 2000 |
| Advertising | Bilateral media buys | Google AdWords (auction) | 2002 |
| Fiat disbursement | Bilateral off-ramp integrations | RemiDe | Now |
The question is not whether off-ramps start competing. It's whether you're still integrating them one by one.
RemiDe Off-Ramp Marketplace#
Off-Ramp Marketplace (noun): An auction layer where licensed fiat disbursement providers compete on price, speed, and payout method for each cross-border payment task — automatically.Unlike bilateral integrations or orchestration platforms, the Off-Ramp Marketplace creates real-time price competition for every transaction. You submit a disbursement request. Providers quote. Best quote wins.
How It Works#
1
You submit a disbursement request
Amount, destination country, payout method (bank, mobile money, cash).
2
Auction engine queries off-ramps
RemiDe queries all available providers in that corridor. They compete on price and speed.
3
Best quote wins
Auction engine selects the best combination of rate, speed, and reliability score.
4
Stablecoin + compliance data routed
Stablecoin + IVMS-101 compliance data routed to the winning provider. Cross-chain if needed.
5
Local fiat disbursement
Winning provider converts to local fiat and disburses to recipient via their local payment rails.
Key design. Stablecoins are delivered immediately to the winning off-ramp. They handle the fiat leg locally, under their own license. RemiDe never touches fiat — we clear stablecoins only.
The Two Sides: Send and Receive#
Every member on the marketplace is bidirectional. You can send outbound volume and receive inbound volume. Both create value.Your users want to pay out abroad. Today, you'd need bilateral integrations in every destination country.
Submit a disbursement request through one API
Off-ramp providers in the destination country compete for your volume
Best price wins automatically
No bilateral integration. No prefunding. No monthly fees per partner.
Result: You reach every corridor on the marketplace without building a single off-ramp relationship. You're a licensed payment provider in your region. Other members on the marketplace need to disburse fiat in your country.
You don't need to do BD. Volume flows to you automatically:You publish your rate card (or respond to real-time quote requests)
When your price and reliability win the auction, stablecoins are routed to you
You convert and disburse locally through your existing payment infrastructure
Result: Passive inflows. Cross-border volume lands on your platform without you lifting a finger on business development. The flywheel. Every new member adds corridors to the marketplace. More corridors attract more senders. More senders attract more off-ramp providers. More providers improve pricing. Better pricing attracts more senders.
You Set the Rules#
RemiDe is a network, not a pipe. Every member controls their own policies.| You Define | What It Means |
|---|
| Counterparties | Choose which members you transact with — and which you don't. Allowlists and blocklists at your discretion. |
| Corridors | Open only the corridors you want. Expand as your business grows. |
| Transaction types | B2B only? C2C only? Both? You configure what flows you accept. |
| Volume limits | Set per-transaction, per-corridor, or per-counterparty caps that match your risk appetite. |
| Compliance thresholds | Define minimum data requirements beyond the Travel Rule baseline. |
The policy engine checks every transaction against both sides' rules before anything moves. If policies don't match, the transaction doesn't start. No surprises, no manual review of unexpected inbound volume.Every member also earns a reputation score based on delivery success, compliance completeness, and response time. The network rewards reliability. You manage your risk. The policy engine enforces it. Automatically.
Stablecoin by Design#
RemiDe operates exclusively in stablecoins. We never touch fiat.
Your local fiat legs stay local — under your license, in your jurisdiction. RemiDe clears the stablecoin middle: routing, compliance, settlement. That's it.
This is not a limitation. It's a deliberate architecture choice:No money transmission licensing per jurisdiction — RemiDe routes stablecoins, not fiat
No FX risk — stablecoins move at par; fiat conversion happens locally at each end
No custodial exposure — transit time is ~7 seconds, not days
Clean regulatory position — VASP/CASP license covers the stablecoin layer; each member handles their own fiat leg under their own license
Fiat stays local. Stablecoins clear globally.
What You Get#
| Benefit | Sending (Outbound) | Receiving (Inbound) |
|---|
| Integration | One API — all corridors | One API — all inbound volume |
| Pricing | Competitive: off-ramps bid for your volume | You set your rates — win on price or speed |
| Prefunding | None. Monthly volume billing. | None. You receive stablecoins, then disburse. |
| KYB | Once with RemiDe — access entire network | Once with RemiDe — receive from entire network |
| Compliance | Travel Rule (IVMS-101) built in | Travel Rule data arrives with every transaction |
| Fallback | If one off-ramp fails, next best quote takes over | N/A — you control your own disbursement |
| Volume | New corridors without new integrations | Passive inflows without BD |
What Today Looks Like vs. What Changes#
| Dimension | Today (Bilateral) | With RemiDe Marketplace |
|---|
| New corridor | Find partner → negotiate → integrate → months | Already on the marketplace → days |
| Pricing | Locked to whoever you integrated with | Off-ramps compete per transaction |
| Monthly costs | Fees to each partner, even at zero volume | Pay only when you transact |
| Capital | Prefund with each off-ramp | No prefunding |
| Reliability | One partner down = corridor dead | Automatic fallback to next best quote |
| Compliance | Manage Travel Rule per partner | Built into every transaction |
| Inbound volume | Only from partners you've signed | From every member on the marketplace |
Why Not Just Use an Orchestrator?#
Orchestration platforms connect you to partners through one API. But you still do KYB with each partner. You still pay monthly fees to each. You still prefund with each. There's no price competition. | Orchestrator | RemiDe Marketplace |
|---|
| Model | You → Platform → Partners (bilateral under one roof) | You → RemiDe → Winning provider (marketplace) |
| Pricing | Each partner sets their price | Providers compete. Best quote wins. |
| KYB | Per partner | Once with RemiDe |
| Prefunding | Per partner | None |
| Monthly fees | Per partner | None — pay per transaction |
| Fallback | Manual switchover | Automatic — next best quote |
| Travel Rule | Partner-side (your problem) | Built in (IVMS-101 native) |
| Inbound volume | Not part of product | Passive inflows from all members |
An orchestrator is a Yellow Pages. RemiDe is an auction.
How Off-Ramps Quote#
Providers can participate in two ways:| Method | Best For | How It Works |
|---|
| Rate cards | Standard corridors, stable pricing | Pre-set rates, refreshed periodically. Low operational load. |
| Real-time API | High-value or volatile corridors | Live quotes per request. Maximum accuracy. |
This hybrid model mirrors how FX platforms work — indicative rates for standard flow, live quotes for large or volatile trades. Providers set their own rates and bear the risk of staleness.
