You operate licensed crypto wallets where users hold, send, and receive digital assets. You're crypto-native but institution-aspiring — compliance is your moat, not your burden.First, we'll help you check if you're eligible to join the network. Then we'll walk through what infrastructure you need, what value you unlock, and your path forward based on where you are today. You're Eligible If...#
The Stablecoin Clearing Network is open to licensed wallets and VASPs that meet these criteria. Check any that apply:You hold a VASP, CASP, or equivalent license (or operate under a licensed partner)
You offer non-custodial or custodial wallets to retail or business users
Your users hold stablecoin balances (USDT, USDC, etc.)
You're active or expanding in cross-border payments (remittances, payouts)
If you checked 3 or more you're likely eligible for network participation — and there's real value to unlock. Keep reading to see what you'll need and what you'll gain.
What You'll Need#
Joining the network requires four building blocks. As a licensed wallet, you likely have most of these already. Here's what matters and why:| Requirement | Why It Matters |
|---|
| License | VASP/CASP registration or equivalent — regulatory authorization to handle stablecoins |
| Custody (MPC) | Secure key management — Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo, or self-built MPC |
| Stablecoin Accounts | Users hold stablecoins in your wallets (you already have this) |
| Cross-Border Intent | Want to enable transfers to other licensed FIs, not just on-chain to unknown wallets |
| Issuer Access (optional) | Direct relationship with Circle/Tether for mint/redeem at par — free vs. 0.1-0.5% spread on exchanges |
The outcome. You already have custody and stablecoin accounts. The network adds compliant FI-to-FI routing — so your users can send to verified recipients at other institutions, not just anonymous wallet addresses.
What You Unlock#
Once you join the network, you gain access to use cases that would otherwise require months of bilateral integrations. Here's what becomes possible:| Use Case | What It Means for You |
|---|
| Cross-Border Remittances | Your users send to verified recipients at other FIs — stablecoins are the backend rail, users just see @usernames |
| C2C Transfers | P2P transfers with Travel Rule compliance built in — invisible complexity, familiar UX |
| B2B Payments | Business users pay suppliers and contractors — routing rules handle complexity, no custom scripting |
| Corridor Expansion | Join the network, get access to every corridor other members have |
| Passive Inflows | Other FIs send to your users — deposits and float you didn't have to acquire |
